That makes perfect sense. We need a well rounded diet. The right carbs for fibre & nutrition are important. I think the Atkins diet is pretty extreme at first but it is effective. I've been slowley adding more carbs as in fruit, a few whole wheat crackers, etc. It has slower my loss some but not too much.
