I started out on the induction in October. I didn't start to work out for about a week. Then the second week I started a 20 min. low impact aerobics. Of course I couldn't do a lot of it without being outta breath. And that first week about killed me, but it slowly got better and then all of the sudden I couldn't stop. Now I can do the entire workout 5 days a week and I walk a mile 6 days a week. I feel great.
Just take it slowly and don't rush so as not to cause injury. Eventually it gets easier and easier. BTW, I don't know if anyone else notices this, but I can consume more carbs working out and still lose weight.
