Hi and welcome to the forum I started 30 mins on the exercise bike about a week after I started induction like icadelai said your tired at first. After 2 months I am doing 30 mins on bike, 30 mins on row machine and 30 mins of weights and I will be adding 30mins of walking all 5 days a week and I feel like a million bucks.
