I too, use it on occasion when I want to recheck my carb counts or check the counts on new items I might be using in a recipe. Too much time for me, but I know when I first started, it was the bomb because it gave me all the counts I now have memorized
I started at 223 in Nov 1, and am at 195 today. My goal is 180 .
