Hi MoonDoggy,

Sounds like you may have a deficiency of Essential Fatty Acids. I'd recommend a flax oil supplement, fish oil supplement or evening primrose oil. It also sounds as though you may be dehydrated (dry eyes, fatigue). I've read numerous times on this list that folks typically need to take 2 potassium in the morning, and 2 in the evening to counterbalance this WOE.

As for "natural", foodsourced supplements, why don't you look into liquid vitamins at your local health food store? I remember hearing very good things about a company called "Rainbow Light". They produced an entire line of supplements that were foodsourced. A web search should help you locate that product, if it is still being manufactured.
