I tried them before we decided to do the Atkins plan. A BIG WASTE OF MONEY. I ate the same, felt the same and weighed the same!!
The reason I actually stopped taking them was because someone, in the know, told me that they cause you to actually loose valuable vitamins and minerals along with the carbs and starches you body is suppose to be flushing out of your system.
It makes sense when you think about it.
