i'd say that the pill is probably too good to be true. excercise will increase your metabolism much better, especially if you are really pushing yourself in that walking (getting your HR and breathing up). also, strength training will increase your metabolism as well. 1lb of muscle burns more calories at rest than 1lb of fat. good luck!
