morning everyone !!

Well I intended to weigh myself christmas day as i had had another good week, but christmas eve came along and I started preparing all the goodies for the following day and started 'stuffing my face' this continued throughout christmas day - I ate anything and everything, and by about 9pm I was feeling decidedly ill ( serves me right I guess) - couldnt wait to get back on Atkins boxing day !!

Since then back on track and finally feel 'back to normal again'. Have even lost a lb and a half but guess thats over 2 weeks ! Really looking forward to this challenge, guess its gonna get tough as I get closer to goal, but hey always up for a challenge !!

Looking forward to talking to you all and hope we can all encourage each other !!
