I literally fell off the wagon right around the 1st of November blaming stress. After a few attempts to get back on the wagon...I never really did...doing well for a few days than carb-crazy. Knowing that to get back on the wagon before Christmas was virtually impossible, now that Christmas is over...I am back in high-gear and this time I know I will make it.
