Hey count me in too. I am starting Jan 2, 2004
My guidelines are:
* 6 bottles of water a day at least
* excercise 3-5 times per week
* no breads,candy,cakes, etc.
* No fried things
* limit of 25 carbs
* After first 2 weeks...peanuts allowed
* Weigh once per week on the same day
Hopefully I will make it 100 days... I will probably have to make mini goals or cheat free days to get through it...
My first one will be 10 days..
