The first time around, 1 yr. and 3 months ago, I lost 26lbs in 2 months. This time, in the past 4 months, I've lost 55lbs. I would say I've not had a problem with a slower weightloss, just needed to do a few modifications as I found I could not lose the same way as before, due to body chemistry/hormonal changes (i.e. pregnancy). So, I just adjusted until I found what works for me.
