Hi Mac,

Pure Splenda is a liquid and you only need a drop or so to equal a much larger amount of sugar. The granulated Splenda that can be used "cup for cup" to substitute for sugar, has fillers added.

I certainly am not too worried health wise about Splenda. It doesn't do anywhere near the harm that sugar does, so I am happy to use a small amount.
