Be aware!!!Vitamin D helps the body to absorb calcium. If you have a calcium deficiency after taking calcium supps, first, take vitamin D and go from there. Do you drink caffeine? Caffeine tends to deplete the body of important nutrients. If you want to hang on to the caffeine, just make sure that it is an hour before or after you take the supps.

Other Thoughts; Vitamin C helps the body to absorb iron so if your iron is too high, you might want to reduce the vitamin C.
