Thanks for the support. I am now literally clawing my back up on the wagon since Christmas. Chocolate covered peanuts in the stockings are just too much of a temptation. I do vow to go back to eating right, especially since I've felt so yucky since falling off the wagon. Does anyone know how long it takes to mess up one's metabolism again?
