Melt the chocolate first then stir in the Splenda. Let is sit for a while then the grittiness goes away. Splenda should not be used cup for cup. It will be way too sweet. Use it to taste.

If two sweeteners are mixed - Splenda and Sugar Twin is a good combo - they seem to work synergistically and you can use much less of each for a sweeter taste.
