I'm not too sure about freezing foods after you cook them, I know meat will last 4 - 5 days in the fridge after its cooked, and a few months in the freezer before you cook it (as long as its properly sealed.)

I'm not sure how accurate this information is, but I recently read that both Wendy's and McD's inject a combination of water/sugar into their chicken patties. The beef is supposed to be 100%, however.
