This time of year frozen turkey breasts are pretty inexpensive and I swear by this recipe. Totally frozen put a turkey breast in a crockpot for about 7-8 hours and add any seasonings you want. Because of the ice in the frozen breast it is the most juiciest. No water or broth needed. It works for pot roast,too. Handy to just cut off just what you need and you know what's in it.
