The only place I've found sugar free lunch meat is at the Vitamin Cottage in Ft. Collins. Wild oats dumps tons of "organic" suga rin thiers (though they are nitrate free). I have found uncured chicken and turkey franks at a health food store in my hometown, but they are still 1g carb apiece.

The sugar free meats cost quite a bit. The main problem is without sugar and other preservatives they can go bad fairly fast.
