I have not been on in a while. I have had some personal issues that just would not allow me to be here. However, I want to say Congradulations to everyone for all of your hardwork.. I have not been doing LC since Nov. 10th. but I do know that it works. before I stopped I had lost 18lbs. I have only gained 3 back so my weight has not taken to many steps back(no help from me) So as bad as this is I will be starting again come the new year. (Sorry have been craving the scalloped potatoes since Thanksgiving) So after I have them with my xmas dinner I will be going back to the LC. I would love to join the easter Challenge and get a boost for my journey. i will now be kkeping in touch. good Luck to everyone.
