I eat broccoli for my fiber.

I hate the taste of celery and 1c of broccoli cooked as 8g Carbs and 5g fiber and 1c or raw celery is 4g carbs 2g fiber.

Broccoli I can puree into soup or smother in cheese or butter or fry or eat raw or steamed or roasted. I can use broccoli in almost anything.

3 cups of steamed broccoli looks like so little on a plate and adds a ton of fiber!
