Default Anyone make salmon or tuna Croquet's?

My mom used to make these when I was a kid and I loved them. If I remember correctly she would mince up a little onion and add it to some canned salmon I think she used crumbled crackers as a filler but I'm not sure. I tried using pork rinds and it actually tasted really good except for one thing. It was really hard to work with. it fell apart when I tried to flip it. I'm thinking I might try the Atkins bake mix (been in my cabinet for ages) in place of flour next time. I think my mom may have used flour. I was also wondering if these have to be deep fried of if they can be grilled in a small amount of butter.
