Hello!
I heard on a health radio segment that a person should drink a minimum of HALF their body weight. For instance, if
you weigh 200 lbs, you should strive to drink at least 100 ozs. I don't know how scientific or accurate this may be, but
it seem like a good rule of thumb for me.
