One of our UK supermarkets (Tesco I think) sells an 'eat me/keep me' pack of 2, one of them helpfully labelled 'keep me'.
That said, avocados in the uk don't have much flavor, and sometimes are bad inside, even when they feel OK outside.
Mashed with a little lemon juice, tabasco and cumin they are usually quite nice.
