Faeriegirl, 2 of the cookie recipes were in the Province and are posted here in the Forum under LC Research/Media.. I think those ones you have already? The basic tiramisu recipe is posted under Low Carb recipes in the orange bar at the top of the page. This particular one had eggnog and cranberries in it, but I don't know the particulars on that aspect of it. Maybe you'll come to the next get together!

Re holiday baking, I posted a recipe for gingerbread cookies in my journal yesterday. I love gingerbread cookies and these turned out really well. Since they aren't the "roll and cut out" type, they're very easy to make too... I posted a picture.
