This is a group of buddies for Sheron! Most of us want to lose 20-40 lbs. If you're (ack!) middle-aged (or getting close to it! ) and you want to join us, come on in! Let's help each other stay legal and get our exercise and water in.
My goals for the week: Exercise 5 days, drink 80 oz. H20 every day, keep to induction.
