Deirdre, each 1/2 cup serving contains 8 g carbs, and 7 g fiber, so that would be 1 ECC per serving, 3.5 total with 3 1/2 servings per can. I find the fiber count a little optimistic though, notwithstanding the potential dangers associated to soy… |
