So you went over. It happens, live and learn and just get back on track tomarrow. You may be up a little from water retention from unexpected carb increase (OWL and premaintanance raise carbs slowly so the body has time to build tolerence), and you may have to deal with cravings tomarrow, but stay strong. Pick up soem powdered L-Glutamine (the potant stufF) if you have craving problems.

There will be times you go over and under. On induction and OWL it is important to shoot for the same number of carbs each day though to keep blood sugar balanced. Once you reach premaintanance and maintanance you can occasionaly have higher carb treats as long as your week balances out, you eat mostly low GI and monitor portion control.

Remember this is a way of life and a learning process. It's not a test and you can't fail, the worst you can do is give up and give up on yourself. If you are up a pound tomarrow, so what. You are still better off then you were a month ago and if you get back on track you'll be even better off in another month. Put things into perspective and take a larger view (it saves sanity for later loss when you behave and suddenly find the perfectly allowable piece of meat you just had is actually 50% carby fillers )
