They need a little TLC training.
I've been on since April 2003 and have not moved from 20-25 carbs a day. I think if you stay w/ your OWL you will continue to lose, just at a much slower rate. Are you excersising?
I'm not hungry and I don't feel deprived at my 20-25 carbs a day.
