Ironically enough, after trying to give up coffee...I looked on the label of my supplements, and lo and behold...caffeine!
It's a toss-up to me... one side says "caffeine causes insulin spikes" and the other says "caffeine has diuretic/thermogenic properties that are valuable to weight loss".... not knowing what to do, I poured a nice cup of coffee.
