I believe the natural foods store in Sherway Gardens sells frozen LC loafs with 3 net carbs / slice. You have to freeze LC bread pretty quick b/c it'll spoil a lot faster without all those preservatives (what the HECK is in Wonderbread that makes it last so long???).
