22 and a last resort? I wish I would have started this when I was 22. In many ways you ware way ahead of the game.

Something that really helps me is not to think of the big picture too much, not to let myself get too caught up in the "have toos," the "should dos." I just take it one day at a time. Then one day turns into a week, one week turns to a month, and so on and so forth. I just make sure I do the right thing right now.
