Hi. Here in NY, I recently stumbled upon an incredible organic Flax seed/whole wheat bread - 4 carbs per slice. It's made by THE BAKER. It's about $3.00 a loaf, soft, fresh and delicious. Makes for an incredible grilled cheese and just about anything else yoo can do with bread. It totally rocks.
