It really is up to you, but don't skip OWL and Premaintanance all together. They are how you rebuild carb tolerence and learn about your body. You may find you can handle high levels of carbs as long as you stay away from certain food groups (for some that can mean no nuts or fruits, fo rme it's no high fat dairy *sob* )
Definetly stick it out the minimum 2 weeks. After that your body will probably stop losing for a week or so as it catches it's breath. That's when you need to sit down and figure out how you feel and what your goals are. Are you bored with induction foods, or quite happy. Is there something spacific you want to try. As long as the weight is coming off are you willing to let it slow down in return for a much wider variety of food choices.
Remember too slow weight loss can be good. Losing it slow and steady means it is more likely to stay off. It also means few chances of stretch marks and loose skin. Atm my bottom looks like it has a misfitting flesh colored siut on it :P I got rid of the cellulite, but there is loose skin tha tlooks like wrinkles in a glove. I also think loose skin and muscle (mostly from 2 c-sections) is the reason I still have a kangaroo gut even though my upper torso is looking great.
