I have been doing the same thing - I call it Induction +, my version of OWL. I eat mostly the Induction friendly foods except that I have an Advantage bar once in a while, I eat FlaxOMeal hot cereal every morning, and I eat La Tortillas. I have eliminated cheese from my diet but have increased allowed veggies. I hope this hasn't hurt my loss efforts - I'm also working out for 1 hour 5 days a week - calories are about 1800-2200 and carbs range from net 20 to net 30. I stopped FitDay because I do this at work and it just takes so long. I should try to fill it in for 1 week though just to see how close I am to what I should be. I'm glad I saw this thread!
