Hi,

first of all - congratualtions on your progress so far!
I don't think you have to worry - I did just like you and had some weeks when I ate lots of nuts or/and more cheese etc and some weeks when I didn't. It's perfectly normal not to eat the very same every day......
I never fell of the wagon so I can't tell you what happens then but all I can say is - stay ON. Try to do all the steps of the Atkins plan, add more good carbs and avoid getting bored.
I looked at your past days on fitday and you are doing great...you could allow yourself more calories sometimes and they should come from fat and protein. I remember eating more fat always resulted in weight loss in those early months of the plan.
