I suppose my biggest pet peeve is when I go to the local Drug Emporium and see people huddled around all of the low carb chocolate bars, shakes, chips, etc.... I see people clutching dozens of the things at a time. I want to step up and tell them to please not use those as a crutch. To try to get away from the quick fixes and to instead point that enthusiasm to the produce section at the grocery store.
