I eat very few processed meats, bacon actully is all for the most part. I'm actually cooking dinner every night!! I will never decrease my water intake, it's essential for weight loss IMHO. I've peed like a horse today, and I'm feeling less retention in my hands and even my knee isn't quite as swollen. I limit my cheese to 4oz/day, and have whipped cream maybe 3 times a week. I think I'm gonna have a drop tomorrow. This WOE is easier for me to follow when I work, I drink the same only slowly throughout the day, and I have nothing else in the car to change my mind on what I'm going to eat. It's either eat that or nothing. My carbs are that after subtracting off the fiber. So 14-18 carbs a day net.
