Hi Monica. Whew! Does reading that count for extra credit?
When I started Adkins I did not exercise and still lost weight. After a while I stalled and didn’t lose for 3-4 months even though I ate only legal foods. I was determined to follow the plan but was starting to get discouraged until I realized I needed to exercise if I wanted to continue losing weight. As soon as I started going on walks every day the scale started going down.
