Just a thought: what's your salt intake like? After my Thanksgiving cheat, I realized not only had I gone overboard on carbs but I'd also taken in an awful lot of sodium. I was compensating for the lack of sugar by eating a lot of salty things....cheese, deli meats, olives.
On an upnote, congratulations on those 50 pounds!
