At first I would say "No thank you, I can't eat that.." and then I would be required to explain. Now I just take the sugar suff and dunk it into the waste basket. That saves the trouble of explaining. And no, I have never take food out of the waste basket after that point  Often time I just don't feel like having a donut or a bagel.
