I started Atkins on Jul 25th and hit the 199 mark at the beginning of October. I know what you mean I was so so chuffed to get below that mark !! Im now edging closer to that 50lb loss and thats my aim for Christmas.

You are doing great, keep it up, and u will soon be in the 190's. I'll pop into your journal when I get a chance !!
