The tradition at our school is treats at break every Friday. We group ourselves and sign up for (usually) 4 Fridays to bring them. Well, most of the time I can't eat much (if anything) that's brought in--100% carb-laden sweets and savories. So, the last time my group brought the munchies, I made dozens of chicken wings! They disappeared so quickly, and to so many raves, that we've decided that next month (our next treat day) we're going to do a wing-ding. Low carbers paradise--wings of many different flavors with the standard sides of celery stalks (and other vegetables) and blue cheese dressing! Now THAT'S a Friday to look forward to!

The funniest part of this whole Friday snack time is---OTHER groups have started to bring in low carb goodies, too!
