Caught a cold last wk and hubby got me NyQuil. Surup/sacrine . Guess I blew the sugar out, I had no wt. gains.
Whats a LC cold like med like Nyquil that we can take. I took SF throat lozenges but couldnt sleep but an hr w/them-nose got stuffy within an hr or so....
Anyone know what to take
