Fortunately we tend to only have morning meetings so I just put my hand on my stomach, grimace and say "Damn, donuts today? I had a huge breakfast." That usually gets them to leave me alone. The rare pizza lunches I have a built-in excuse: I'm allergic to dairy and no one wants a cheeseless pizza.
