Hi Razz,

I'm just starting Atkins too and would love to have a buddy for support. I've been pretty good about exercising and drinking enough water, and I eat right for breakfast and lunch, but have a little trouble sticking to Atkins for dinner. I think being accountable to someone else will help motivate me to stick to the plan.

Maybe we can post our journals here each day? What do you think?
