The turkey is great, get your fats from others source, such as butter on veggies, salad oils, avocado is a super way.
I have purposely avoided the high fat meats on this diet, rarely eat bacon or sausage, only nitrite free or turkey bacon, when I do and I managed to surpass my goal eating that way.
