That was on one of my best days (21g Net Carbs,) except for the Sodium. But, nonetheless...it is a rare occurence that I do not get enough Potassium from the foods I eat. Beef and Fish are as high and in some cases [especially if you keep the juice] higher in Potassium than Bananas. Soy is the BEST source of Potassium out there. Even a small amount of Soy contains many times the amount of Potassium found in a Banana. Nuts are also high in Potassium. I know Magnesium is found in many of the foods I eat. Vitamin C is by far the easiest ot get:

1 cup Broccoli -- 137%
1 cup Red Cabbage -- 85%
1 cup Green Cabbage -- 48%

I eat all of these foods...
