Sorry, NovaGirl, but no nuts are carb free. If the label says carbs 3g and fibre 3g, that just means that the manufacturer has already subtracted the fibre, giving an original total of 6g carbs. It's annoying and confusing when they do that, I know.
You can check with the carb counter here at the right side of the screen.
Having said that, nuts of any kind are still a great LC snack. And your other suggestions are excellent too.
