You might look at other LC plans besides the high fat Atkins. Protien Power is lower fat, and South beach is moderate carb and low fat.

There is also the zone diet which is 40% of calories from carbs, and 30% each of fat and protien. They would be a much healthier way to lose fat then trying to choke down a shake every day. Though I do admit the slimfast shakes have improved in taste. They are high calories, high carb and still have fat though. I tried it for a while then noticed I could have a full cereal, egg, or yogurt breakfast for less cals :P
