Sounds like you need to up your carbs. Exercise/strength training is a definate way to turn that "mushiness" into toned muscle!!! And if you don't have the strength/energy then find it!!! Even if it means adding carbs.
You are so close to your goal weight and I have always heard the last few pounds are sometimes the toughest to lose!! Good luck to you!
